General Description
Brunel University supported many sportswomen and sportsmen in the sixteens. This Podium Sport Scholarship is also to support the athletics needs in higher education. The Sport Scholarship will be focusing on training and support facilities in campus. The university offers various sport scholarships including the Podium Sport Scholarship Award. The performed sports are Rowing/Canoeing, Athletics, Rugby Union, Olympic Weight Lifting and Netball in addition to many different sports. The scholarships includes a cash award, sport science support, athlete-friendly accommodation, free scholarship kit, discount fitness rehabilitation, free use of world-class facilities of sports. The cash awards varies annually.
Requirements
Applicants have to meet the academic requirements for the course and to be given an unconditional or conditional place in the University in Brunel. Students who compete at any of the Universities priority sports will have the priority of funding although all the sports is going to be covered.
