The John A. Delaney Memorial Prize in Physics is awarded at University College Cork. It is meant to commemorate Dr. John A. Delaney. The prize consists of a certificate and €127. It is awarded annually. To receive this award a student must have the best performance in Physics at the Summer First University Examination in Science. A student must obtain at least 70% aggregate marks in Honors Physics.
