General Description
The University College Dublin awards students in many areas. The President's Awards are intended to reward student achievement and performance in extracurricular activities. Some of the areas that are covered are exceptional contribution to college life, volunteering, or achievement against adversity. Candidates must be nominated for the award. Nominations are made by UCD staff and students. Typically 15 students are selected. The awards are presented annually.
Requirements
Students must attend the University College Dublin to to be eligible. Candidates for the award must be nominated. The candidates must then be selected by a committee.
