General Description
If you seek assistance with your living expenses while you study, you can benefit from a Maintenance Grant at the University Centre at Blackburn College. The amount you will be granted will be determined by a means test. The government’s representatives will visit you to assess how needy you are and make a decision for the size of the allocation. You can get a maximum amount of £3250 annually. It is important to note that being a recipient of the Maintenance Grant will cause a reduction in the allocation of Maintenance Loan benefits.

You must be a UK citizen. Exemplary attendance and academic records are critical if you are desirous of being a recipient of this benefit.
