General Description
The Blackburn College Support Allowance is aimed at full-time students who are enrolled at the college and are between the ages of 16 and 18. Those selected to receive the allowance benefit from £150 which is given to offset the academic costs of students who depend on household income to pay their way through school.
Requirements
Students must be under 19 years old to apply and be categorized as Sixth Form or Vocational Students. Geographically, only applicants who have resided in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland for a minimum of three years are considered.
