As a way to support students with low household income, Liverpool Hope University and the National Scholarship Programme offers 318 scholarships. They are valued at £2,000. All full-time students are eligible. For part-time students the award is proportional to their studies, down to a minimum of 25%. For those students who reside in the Liverpool University Halls Residence the award is made as a credit against their accommodation charge. Students who live outside the university residence are given University Campus Cards. They can use the cards to travel to the university, print, photocopy, shop at the university shop, and eat at the cafe and student restaurants.
In order to be eligible an applicant’s household income must be £25,000 or less. Scholarships are automatically allocated so there is no need to apply.
