The Hans and Eugenia Jütting - Stendal Foundation annually awards one-time grants to gifted German and Polish music students. The funding is specially aimed at students who can already distinguish themselves in public concerts / competitions. It amounts to 8,000 Euros to applicants studying a solo subject and to 3,000 Euros for members of an ensemble. In addition, scholarships to young talents are being awarded . These are endowed with 5,000 Euros for applicants studying a solo subject and with 2,000 Euros for members of an ensemble.
Music students of piano, cello, guitar and woodwind trio can apply.The fields of piano-duetts, string quartet, singing, harp and bassoon will also be sponsored. The artistic achievements of the applicant are the main focus when awarding the scholarships. The age limit is 22 years for instrumental soloists and 24 years for ensemble members.
