General Description
The Higher Institute of Applied Psychology - ISPA (Lisbon/Portugal) has Merit Awards funded by the Portuguese government for graduation and masters students with great school performance. The number of scholarships is decided annually by the Directorate General for Higher Education (DGES) and the amount isn’t specified.
Requirements
Students had to complete all school subjects in the previous year with more than a 16 grade (out of 20 possible).
