General Description
This scholarship is financed by the state in with assistance from the EU. Its goal is to get as much people into higher education, regardless of their financial background.
Requirements
This award will only be given after thorough analyses of the students' financial security; certain tresholds must be met in order to qualify. Student must not be in receipt of a full scholarship.
