General Description
The P.P. Halonen Foundation gives out scholarships for students, who have shown special interest in the economical questions related to building in their studies.
Requirements
The applicant must be studying to be a construction engineer or an architect at the University of Oulu, and be conducting post graduate research in either of these fields.
