General Description
Societas pro Fauna et Flora Fennica awards research grants mainly for older students and younger researchers for the purpose of biological research. The priority lies with domestic flora and fauna, taxonomy and ecology. Around 20 scholarships are given out each year, the amount being between 500 to 3,000 euro each.
Requirements
Membership of the society is advisable, but not mandatory. The main recipients are older students or younger researchers, who have completed a degree.
