General Description
The Higher Education Funding Council for England in addition to administered by Student Finance and Welfare is presenting the Access to Learning Fund.
Requirements
Students should have applied and received other funding that they are entitled to. The must be classified as Home (UK) status while International and EU students are not eligible for applying. Applicants will have to support evidence or their actual annual income.
