General Description
This scholarship is offered jointly by the University of Oxford and the Government of India. It covers 100% of university and college fees and a grant for living costs (at least £13,726). It is aimed at students ordinarily resident in India, or who graduated from an Indian university and portrayed outstanding academic behaviour. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic merit, applicants’ understanding of the development challenges faced by India, and their leadership/entrepreneurial potential.
Requirements
Students must be ordinarily resident in India, or have graduated from an Indian university. Applicant must have a strong academic record, an understanding of India's current challenges, and a wish to help improve the situation.
