General Description
Carl Michael Ziehrer award is given by Carl Michael Ziehrer Foundation. The foundation was established after the death of Carl Michael Ziehrer "The King of Waltz" in 1922, by his wife Marianne Ziehrer. The scholarship is intended not only for the musicians and composers in need, but also for students of all Austrian music schools.
Requirements
In order to apply for this award, candidates have to be Austrian professional musicians, freelance musicians or students at any of the Austrian Music schools.
