City of Graz - Literature scholarship

General Description

The City of Graz awards annually depending on the budget situation up to two literature scholarships. The Municipal Council of Graz is also awarding two literature scholarships in the amount of € 5.000,00 each. The purpose is to promote literary talent or Graz who thus should have the opportunity to devote themselves intensively to the completion of a literary work. The scholarship recipients are obliged to present their literary work to the public within a year and to cite this scholarship in their biographies.

Requirements

This literature scholarship scheme is open to literary talented individuals of Graz. Candidates should be willing to complete a literary work on their own and to present it in public within a year of its completion.
