General information on this scholarship
General Description
The A.R.S.S.U. of the region of Liguria offers a scholarship to students enrolled in the University of Genoa and artistic and musical institutes based in Liguria. Students enrolled in the first year of a First or Single Cycle degree program will receive the scholarship money as assistance for food and lodging. In the first stage, beneficiaries will receive discounts on meals (1 euros for the first meal and 2 euros for the second) and discounts on housing (100 to 120 euros, which will be repaid upon completion of 20 university credits). In the second stage, the scholarship winner will receive steeper discounts on meals (free for the first meal and 2 euros for the second) and free lodging.
Requirements
The student must be entering into his or her first year of a First or Single Cycle degree program, and must achieve 20 university credits after the first stage of the scholarship in order to actually win the scholarship. In addition, the student must be capable, deserving and in financial need.
