General information on this scholarship
General Description
The Brunel Alumni Scholarship values £6,000 cash award. There will be a separate scholarship for those who meet the criteria. Those who are on an unpaid placement and without paid expenses will have other placement bursaries. There are new five entrants every year. The scholarship will be for three years. The application should be done by 31 July via My Application.
Requirements
The scholarships will start with applicants who have achieved the highest numbers of tariff points exceeding 360 (without Key Skills). Applicants also should choose Brunel University as the firm choice at UCAS. Applicants must be from a low-participation neighborhood, care leaver, disable including dyslexia, having a low assessed household income, low-socio economic background, having parents with not higher education qualification and aged 21 or more at the beginning of the course. They should meet at least one of the previous requirements. They must attend a full college or school (not private or independent schools) in Ealing, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow or Hounslow. They must agree on taking part in the publicity of Brunel and report it back to the donors of the scholarships.
