General Description
There are many Elite Engineering scholarships that are going to be presented to undergraduate students studying for MEng or BEng degree. The scholarships will be presented from the Cardiff School of Engineering. These scholarships will help recruiting the top talented engineering students around the world. The students will be getting an opportunity to study at one of the world leading and research-intensive university in addition to some of the top competitive funding packages that are offered in UK.
UK/EU students can be eligible for scholarships for specific courses. Students have to be studying BEng or MEng degree. The value of the scholarship will be £4,500. The scholarships will be awarded as a discount of tuition fee. The scholarships will be for up to 4 years. £1,500 are going to be funded by the School of Engineering in year 1, and the rest of the scholarships that worth £3,000 will be funded by Cardiff University over of the course
International students can be eligible for many scholarships. Students have to be studying BEng or MEng degree. The value of the scholarship will be £5,000. The scholarships will be awarded as a discount of tuition fee. The Cardiff School of Engineering will award £2,000 to all students who meets the requirements. International students will be getting 1,000 every other year for a maximum of £5,000 through MEng. The scholarship will not be included in the CAS.
Requirements
UK/EU students can get scholarships for specific courses including Electronic & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Medical Engineering and Integrated Engineering. MEng/BEng requires GCE A level with AAA or equivalent.
International students must have received and accepted in UCAS whether conditional or unconditional. Students should get AAA at GCE A Level or something equivalent for Civil, Architectural, Civil & Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or they should get AAB at GCE A Level or something equivalent for Electronics and Communications, Electrical and Electronics, Medical or Integrated Engineering.
