General Description
The Government of Andalusia offers the Talentia Fellowship Program to help local students study abroad. It offers practical as well as financial help to recipients including support in the job market once the course is complete. The average award is 45,000 Euros for a maximum period of 24 months.
Requirements
It is available to postgraduate students who obtained their degree within the last 10 years. A connection to Andalusia is essential. This could be by birth, residence, work, university or blood. A commitment to developing a career in connection with Andalusia is also required. This commitment covers four years out of the eight years post-completion.
