General Description
The postgraduate scholarships are available for the individuals in Tullow’s operating counties in South America and Africa, managed by the British Council for Tullow Oil. The scholarship is presented to build capacity in fields where Tullow’s host countries experience specific skills gap especially around the countries’ oil and gas industries. The scholarship is available for individuals who commit to make a contribution to the development of their country
Requirements
Applicants must be residents of participating country while the preference will be given to Tullow’s operational areas residents in addition to applicants living in the country of application. They must be holding a minimum of License Professionelle or bachelor degree (second class lower or higher) or they should be holding an HND (second class upper or higher). They must have a record of accomplishment for being successful their area of endeavor including work experience in the field linked to the chosen course. They must not be previously received an international graduate scholarship or studied abroad. Applicants should be ambitious and have strong personality and creative spirit in addition to leading spirit. They must be demonstrating to a contribution to the future development of their country when they return. They must demonstrate a high level of acceptance in strategy, management and the ability to develop and train others.
