General Description
The City Councillor Uljas Mäkelä Foundation issues scholarships for invalids and handicapped people, as well as their relatives. These scholarships are intended to be used for studying and refreshment.
Requirements
The applicant should be an invalid or a person with a handicap, or a family member of such a person.
