The University of Bedfordshire offers 586 scholarships within the framework of the National Scholarship Programme. These scholarships, worth £3,000 and awarded during the first year of study, will be paid in four instalments and will be a mixture of £1,000 cash, Aspire card credit towards books and digital resources and a flexible payment option to allow recipients to direct payments towards accommodation, travel or childcare costs depending on their own financial circumstances.
These scholarships are open to prospective first year students of undergraduate degrees taught at the University of Bedfordshire. Applicants must be permanent residents of England; their household income must not exceed £25000. Applications will be assessed using a points based system which aims to prioritise underrepresented groups; this includes learners with disabilities, care leavers, mature students and other groups which are currently underrepresented in higher education.
