General Description
The Windhag-Scholarship Institute for Lower Austria offers income-based grants for students with permanent residence in the province of Lower Austria.
Requirements
Applicants must submit evidence of a reasonable level of academic success at secondary school level (GPA of 2.1 or lower) or at higher education level (GPA of 2.3 or lower in the University entrance examination; of 2.5 or lower for degrees taught at medical, agricultural, professional or teacher training schools; of 3 or lower for degrees taught at other higher education institutions). The household income of candidates must not exceed 750 euro per capita. Applicants must be citizens of Austria and permanent residents of Lower Austria.
