General Description
Special stipend for the disabled is awarded to students with confirmed disabilities by the appropriate authorities. It can be awarded starting with the first year of studies.
Requirements
The stipend is awarded based on a documented application by the student. The student must include one of the following documents in their application: 1) certificate of the degree of disability; 2) certificate of the inability to work issued by a team and a doctor of the Social Insurance Fund; 3) certificate of belonging to one of the disability groups; 4) certificate of the permanent or long-term inability for farm work.
