The Minister’s Scholarship for Fine Arts Students is granted by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage to promising students of artistic schools. The money received is to be used in any way the student sees fit. The whole amount is given in a one-time transaction with the school as an agent.
It is required that the students educational results are very good, with the average grade as the indicator. The students achievements in national and international competitions are only taken into consideration if they have taken place no more than two years before. The school’s principal needs to propose the student to the Ministry.
