The scholarship for the best Doctoral students is awarded by the Dean based on the student ranking lists submitted by different Departmental Chairs.
The scholarship for the best first year Doctoral student may be given to the student with good score in the qualifying procedure. This means qualifying with a grade of “very good” or with a score equivalent to the grade of “very good”. The scholarship for the best second and further year Doctoral students is awarded to students who have fulfilled all of the following criteria during the academic year: 1) received very good or good doctoral classes’ exam results; 2) showed progress in their scientific work and preparation for their dissertation; 3) has shown particular engagement in the didactic work during the doctoral studies.
