General Description

Special stipend for the handicapped is awarded to students with minor to significant degree of handicap. The handicap must be confirmed by the appropriate authority. The student receives this stipend independent of any other financial aid awarded.

Requirements

The special stipend for the handicapped is awarded based on a student’s application together with a certificate of the degree and type of the handicap. If the handicap certificate is expired, the stipend can be awarded starting on the first day of the month following the month of expiry. IN this case, the student must also fulfil all the conditions to receive such a certificate and to apply for the stipend within three months of the expiry date.
