General Descriptions
Jan Evangelista Purkyne University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic provides its students Extraordinary Scholarships for those students who have exceptional or unusual personal situations. These scholarships are meant to assist students who are suffering from extraordinary hardships, as well as reward those students who have achieved exceptional results in various fields. Financial awards are variable, and are determined by the specific dean of the applicant's department. Awards are given as a one-time stipend to qualifying individuals.
Requirements
Current undergraduate and postgraduate students at the university may apply for Exceptional Scholarships, provided that they are following the regular term of study. Requests for Exceptional Scholarships must be made directly to the dean and are awarded on an individual basis.
