The UCA Scholarships, awarded by the University of Cádiz, are aimed at supporting students who are in financial need and/or have achieved high standards of academic performance. Students who come from disavantaged backgrounds may receive up to €700 to cover tuition fees and €80 a month for living expenses; an additional one-off allowance of €200 may be granted to students whose parents are unemployed. Students who have demonstrated high academic achievement may apply for a one-off grant worth €200, which will be awarded solely on the basis of academic excellence.
These scholarships are open to students of the University of Cádiz who are currently not receiving any other study grant. Applicants must be either permanent residents of Spain or nationals of a European Union member state.
