The Nordic Africa Institute wishes to promote scholarly exchange with Nordic researchers. The scholarship includes a return trip. The scholarship includes accomodation. The scholarship further offers an allowance of 300 SEK per day plus an installation grant of 2 500 SEK. The scholarship also includes a shared office. Guest researchers are provided with a private office space. The scholarship covers durations from 60 to 90 days.
Application is open for scholars in Nordic countries engaged in research on or about Africa. The research project must relate to either Agrarian Change, Property and Resources; Conflict, Displacement and Transformation; African International Links; or Urban Dynamics. Female researchers are especially encouraged to apply.
