The Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and mobility programme in the higher education area and whose objective is to improve the quality of the higher education and to promote the dialogue between people and culture through the cooperation of Europe and Third Countries of the Sud-UE Programme. This programme provides grants for undergraduate, master, doctoral and post-doctoral studies and for the university academic and administrative staff. These grants will be for both students and university personnel from the EU willing to go to South America and vice versa. The beneficiaries of these grants will receive travel, health and accidents insurances, round ticket to the destination university and a monthly economic resource that will be calculated based on the level studies to be carried out.
Requirements
Students from Europe who want to participate in this programme must have the nationality of a country within the European Union and demonstrate knowledge of the language from the country they want to go to. Students from South America must have the nationality of a country participating in this programme and posses a good level of the language of the destination country.
