The University of Alicante offers grants for undergraduate students in financial need, intended to cover up to 75% of tuition fees.
These grants are open to undergraduate students of the University of Alicante. The household income and wealth of applicants must not exceed the relevant thresholds set by the Autonomous Community of Valencia. Students of scientific and technical degrees must have passed 50% of the ECTS credits taken the previous year; this percentage will be set at 60% for students of health sciences and 70% for students of arts and humanities. A minimum GPA of 3.40 for the ECTS credits taken the previous year will be required from students of scientific and technical degrees; for the rest of students, the minimum GPA required will be 4.25. Applicants must be either permanent residents of Spain or nationals of a European Union member state.
