The Erasmus Supplementary Allowance offers grants to students who are studying in a European country as part of the Erasmus Exchange program. These grants are intended to cover the costs of transport and accommodation in the host country. Mobility grants of €100 - €300 per month and work placement grants of €130 - €250 per month are both offered. Students from the French Overseas Departments and Territories who study under the Ministry of National Education will be awarded an additional €600 for their entire stay. Parisian students may be eligible to receive an additional €160 per month.
To receive the main Erasmus Supplementary Allowance, students must be French, and they must study at a French university. To be eligible for the Parisian addition, students must be enrolled in a university in Paris and must be starting a 3-12 month Erasmus placement. Their family income must not exceed €19198 per year.
