General Description
The Region of Aquitaine offers scholarships to support and promote the vitality of the Occitan language by giving scholarships to master's students in teaching and qualified teachers who speak and wish to teach French and Occitan. Scholarships range from 2,000 to 4,000 euros per year and can cover a study period of three to six months for qualified teachers, and up to two years for master's students.
Requirements
The scholarships are open to master's students in teaching and qualified teachers of the Region of Aquitaine. Candidates must have a good knowledge of the Occitan language.
