General Description

The prize will reward the author of the original masters dissertation submitted by a student of the Law Faculty of the New University of Lisbon focusing on Commercial Law, Company Law, Banking Law and Securities Law.

Requirements

The papers must be written in Portuguese or English and should have been produced by a single author as master's thesis at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa with minimal use of 16 credits.
