General Description
This scholarship is administered and paid for by the ministery of education and science. It is aimed at students who enroll in a course for their first time.
Requirements
This scholarship is aimed at students in their first year of undergraduate school who experience financial difficulties. They themselves as well as their families need to meet certain income tresholds and regulations.
