Nordjyllands Agricultural Academy and College - Peder Christensen's Travel Scholarship, Established by the Purchase and Loan Association for Farmers in Himmerland

General Description

Every year, Peder Christensens study and travel scholarship founded by the purchasing and credit union in Himmerland awards a number of scholarships towards travels. The size of the scholarships vary according to the destination and duration of the travels, but is never less than 1000 kr. In the case of more applicants than available funds, applicants from Hobro and Aalborg as well as the surrounding areas are given preference.

Requirements

Applicants must have attended agricultural school, and possess a certain understanding of the spoken language in the country travelled to. The purpose of the trip must be educational in a manner that benefits the agricultural business. A written report relating to the travels must be completed.
