General Description
The Higher School of International Relations and Social Communications in Chelm funds a special Rector's Scholarship for its highest-achieving students. The scholarship lasts for one year. It may be awarded multiple times providing that the student maintains excellent level of academic performance.
Requirements
Students who wish to apply must obtain an exceptional average grade score for a given year. Additional points may be given to students with other notable achievements in the field of science, art, or sports.
