Rector Scholarship for the best student is awarded by the Rector.
Rector's Scholarship for the best students shall be granted to no more than 10% of the number of students each field of study conducted at the university and not more than 40% of the total grants for scholarships for the Rector’s best students scholarships, social scholarships and other grants.
A high grade point average shall be deemed to mean not less than 4.5 assuming three-step approach: 1 degree - 5.0 2 level - 4.80 - 4.99 3 degree - 4.50 - 4.79.
For the Rector’s scholarship for the best students can apply student who received in a previous year of study high average grade point or had a scientific achievements, artistic or athletic performance.
The student's academic achievements are reviewed and evaluated by the Vice-Rector for Student Finances and Affairs according to the three-point scale: 1 degree - at least two peer-reviewed publications and active participation in at least two scientific conferences (international or national), 2 degree - one-reviewed publication and actively participate in at least two scientific conferences (international or national), 3 degree - at least two publications in scientific notebooks student movement.
