General Description
This scholarship programme is funded by the Pakistani government with the goal of training 1500 PhD level Engineers, Scientists and Technologists to serve as academic resources for the universities of Pakistan.
Requirements
This programme is only open to Pakistani/AJK nationals with outstanding academic achievements wishing to pursue an Msc programme leading to PhD or a PhD programme at a university in Germany, Italy, Belgium, South Korea, Turkey, USA, Malaysia, Honk Kong and the UK. Beneficiaries undertake to serve in Pakistan for 5 years after obtaining their PhD.
