General Description
The fund provider for this programme is City Council Solingen. The Mr and Mrs Carl Ruß Foundation promotes talented and needy students from Solingen. The amount of funding is determined individually according to the personal circumstances of the applicant. Both one-time grants and monthly contributions over a longer period (usually one year) can be granted.
Requirements
This promotion is aimed at students of all disciplines. Above-average performance in high school and previous study is necessary. In addition, applicants must be financially needy. To be eligible for this grant, applicants must have reported their residence in Solingen.
