General Description
The Alois Schmaus Foundation, administered by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, supports Sourthern Slavic- and and Balkan-related research. Grants are awarded for printing costs as well as for research stays abroad.
Requirements
The stipends are aimed at PhD students conducting Sourthern Slavic- and and Balkan-related research. Applications may be submitted at any point during a doctoral programme. Applicants' success is primarily determined by their prior academic performance. However, there are no specific requirements in this area.
