General Description
Through the framework of the DAAD-Programme PROMOS, the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg offers scholarship to support the international mobility of German and foreign students. The support covers semesters abroad, internships abroad, language courses, and stay abroad for specialized courses. The scholarship consists of a lump sum of 300 Euro per month and can be received for a maximum period of 6 months. Additionally, a one time lump sum amount between 125 – 1600 Euro will be paid for travel costs (dependent on destination country and duration of stay).
Requirements
German students as well as foreign students (in accordance with §8 BaföG) enrolled at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg are invited to apply. Applications for this scholarship can be made at any point in the course of study. Applicants should have achieved good performance in the course of their studies to date. There are no further prerequisites for this funding.
