General Description
The Bavarian American Academy encourages doctoral students who do America research. For this, doctoral students will be enabled to do their research papers in the Kluge Center of the Library of Congress. The research papers should comprise a period of 6-9 months. as sponsorship a one-time amount of 5000, - Euro will be paid.
Requirements
The scholarship is aimed at doctoral students in the fields of linguistics and cultural studies, social science and political science, law and business law. To receive this scholarship you must study at a university in Bavaria. The topic of your dissertation must deal with USA, Canada or inter-American (Latin America, including the Caribbean). Moreover, your topic must clearly require research papers on the Kluge Center of the Library of Congress.
