The Reemtsma Begabtenförderungswerk funds qualified students who due to their financial situation cannot finance their studies sufficiently. To this end, students are awarded scholarships amounting to 130 Euro monthly. The promotion usually ends with graduation, but no later than at the end of the regular study period.
This grant is open to students of all disciplines. The application can be made from the first Semester. This grant is aimed specifically at students who have already completed a apprenticeship. The most important criterion in the selection of candidates is financial need. Basically, the monthly income of the parents should not exceed 3,825 Euro gross. In addition, the candidate should have demonstrated talent in his desired course. Also the social commitment is taken into account in the assessment.
