General Description
The Rotary District 1870 provides three scholarships of $27,000 each for study at a foreign college. This amount is intended to cover travel to and from the country of study, fees, study materials, and tuition, as well as room and board. The grants support the goals of peace and international understanding.
Requirements
Students in all areas of study are eligible to apply. Applicants should be familiar with the goals of Rotary International and be prepared to be “Ambassadors of Good Will” in the host country. Students should show excellent academic performance. They should also be involved or have been involved in social or humanitarian projects.
