General Description
Leonardo Office Thuringia Thuringian universities, in collaboration with the EU Leonardo program for internships within Europe, award student internship grants for the period between the bachelor's and master's degree or for the period after graduation. Funding is for both self-organised internships and specialist study internships in companies. The LEONARDO Office Thuringia will make the contractual arrangements and the contact with the host organization to create the internship contract for eligible candidates. Students can apply shortly before graduation. Applications should be submitted to the Internal Leonardo offices about five months before the placement begins. The duration of the internship is of six months and the funding includes an allowance to cover accommodations, travel and insurance, subsidies for the linguistic and intercultural preparation, and possibly a remuneration for an internship.
Requirements
The scholarship is aimed at students who are between the Bachelor's and Master's degree and who have completed their degree at a Thuringian university. Prerequisites for the internship are great linguistic and intercultural knowledge, and a close relationship between completion of training, desired professional career and the planned work program. There are no personal criteria.
