General Description
The Arthur-Schlüter Foundation support frail older people and students, who reside in, or come from the north Altkreis (without the former county Emden).
Requirements
The scholarship is aimed at funding students from all disciplines. The funding is used to support needy students. The promotion is aimed at students from the former northern disctrict.
