General Description
The emadeus scholarships support successful athletes after their active sports career and aids them in achieving higher vocational qualifications. The total funding amount per scholarship is 14,400 Euros. This amount will be paid over a period of 36 months.
Requirements
The promotion is open to students of all disciplines. The financial and social situation of the applicant will be checked upon application. Applicants must have been sponsored by the Sports Aid for at least five years and must have won at least one Olympic medal and two medals at World Championships (if no world championships are being held: at European Championships). The applicant may also have won an Olympic gold medal in a single discipline.
