These scholarships are open to students of all disciplines registered as such at a higher education institution. Applicants will be required to give evidence of financial need according to the relevant laws that define this concept. Applicants must also be born in Lübeck to parents who were permanent residents of Lübeck at the time of applicant´s birth. .
